Just in case anyone still reads this. Diets don't work because it's a quick fix where you loose a lot of weight quickly in a short amount of time. Because it's a "diet" in which you're either limiting your foods or you're doing something intensley for that time period, you burn out and stop and you end up gaining all the weight back plus some. Hence the term "yo-yo" dieting. Best thing to do is a lifestyle change, where you learn proper for portions, make healthier decisions, and become more active. Weight Watchers is good for this, however, it's not a diet. The are a healthy living information group. They help teach good habits and provide support when you struggle.
